Lovely photos. The cow-kite was amazing. The only kites I've seen are the regular ones that we used to make as kids. :-)

jnarin: Thanks! I have seen a lot more variety of kites here in California. There are a lot of Asians in my area and their kites are piece of art and skill, they use multiple wires at times and some of the kites have more than 10 individual kite-pieces.
M: Welcome back! :D This event was organized by HighlineKites.com in collaboration with other kite manufacturing shops who were giving demonstrations and lessons. I saw syncronized Kite-belle, and a kit do break-dance in the sky. it was amazing!
